The aim of students' individual work experience is mainly to improve theoretical knowledge of veterinary inspection of slaughter animals. Students should perform antemortem and post-mortem inspections of slaughtered animals under the supervision of an official veterinarian. The post-mortem inspection must include an inspection of organs and carcasses.
